| Part M: Access For Disabled
People |
| Most people should be aware of the
difficulties that face disabled people in enjoying as near normal
a life as possible. Access to buildings, special toilets and the
like are important components in achieving this objective. However,
these facilities do not just happen. Commercial reluctance to provide
these facilities has meant that they are now required by regulation.
These requirements assist the disabled, including those who have
impaired hearing or sight. |
